Satya mev jayate – first
episode
I remember Laxmibai our
household maid who everyday use to come late. Every night her husband use to
thrash her taking away her income. Her girl child Sharda too was subjected to
the same violence. Being a woman was as if a life-long punishment for them. Her
husband Ghanshyam threatened her to kill if she gave birth to girl child. He
fallen for some other woman and intended to marry her that one day Laxmi
decided to end the cruel saga and beaten up her husband.
Message of this story
isn’t kind of brutalism Laxmi went through but another woman in life of her man
was the reason of all drama. A woman isn’t a friend of another woman. A woman
is always a foe of another woman. They do not have empathy and sympathy towards
the person of the same sex. All female beings other than human have a sense of
belonging to their on gender and they come to rescue when there is some danger
but sadly woman doesn’t. Be it a dowry incident, prostitution, sex scandals of
married male personalities, murders behind extra marital affairs behind every
social crime against woman there is a woman.
In girl child foeticide episode
the most cruel role was being played by Mother – in – laws than their husbands.
A female who is born as a woman threatening her daughter in law (another woman)
that if at all she is going to give birth to girl child (woman) she wouldn’t be
spared.
Entire life in the
universe depends on woman. Out of her womb comes out life that forms a whole
chain assuring continuity of life. To be a woman is matter of pride or of
primary importance not of being secondary sex. She takes all the pains and
suffering to bring up her children. This pain if one woman realizes of another
probably it will see a sharp downfall in crime against woman. If all women on
this planet get united pick up agenda that they shouldn’t be entitled as
secondary sex than their prowess could not be challenged by certain sect of men
who think that they are weaker sex. Gays, lesbians, eunuchs like sects when can
fight for their rights and fetching equal status in society than why not woman.
You know why? Because many a woman aren’t in favor of woman getting equal
status in man dominated society. They have chosen to live a life as secondary
sex. Man will always be considered as family/ unit leader. The time has come
for woman to change her thinking that solely man isn’t responsible for their status
of secondary sex. Truth is that there is no similarity of thoughts among woman.
